Have you ever thought of your vacation time as a time to grow and learn? Well it most certainly is. Travel is in itself an education. You learn about cultures, foods, and oddly enough, about yourself.

But there’s a different type of travel that I’m talking about today. It’s a retreat I’d like to discuss. These are gaining in popularity, but have been around forever in some form or another (think Pilgrimages).
Retreats are a great way to learn about yourself, break old habits, grow mentality or spiritually, or deepen your relationship with your spouse. Retreats work wonders in a short amount of time, getting you away from the distractions of your every day life and helping you focus in on the important things.
I know of an upcoming retreat in Guadalajara this next year. It is a couples retreat, and like all retreats, limited in the number of attendees they can except. Check it out, you may like to join: https://retreats.amyanfinson.com/
